The lack of privacy in the rooms was a major drawback. With only a thin separation between the capsules, it was difficult to avoid walking over other guests' belongings and the noise from neighboring capsules was quite noticeable.

That the temperature inside the capsule pods became quite hot once the door was closed, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. the pods were not well soundproofed, so I could hear almost everything that the other guests were doing.

It was the best of both worlds! the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even lent me a phone charger when I forgot mine. They also gave me great recommendations for places to visit during my stay.
